Dr Mark is a delight to work with, calm, professional, clearly loves what he does. He explains clearly and simply the 'why' behind the different tests he does. Not only did I get my updated prescription but he created a really good baseline for my eye health so he can spot any changes in the future. I love that he has his own practice and isn't just a cog in the wheel of a big franchise.
